→ George Street Park – Here are two pictures: one of some of the old pipe that we removed as part of the George Street Park drainage project. It’s not supposed to have those holes in the bottom. That’s one of the reasons we are doing the project. The other picture is of some of the new concrete pipe being installed.
 
→ Pedestrian Crossing – Jody Reid met with representatives of GDOT on Thursday, January 21st to review the installation of the crosswalk. They offered some helpful advice about wiring the new warning lights. Our goal for the project is to have the lights installed by February 17th so the GDOT work crew can paint the crossing. There is a lot that has to happen between now and then, but that’s our goal.
→ Honorary Councilmember – Mayor Roseberry has appointed Dean Steve Bowen from Oxford College as the honorary councilmember for March. Dean Bowen will attend the February work session and the March council meeting.
