→ George Street Park Drainage Project – We had the preconstruction conference Monday. Ace/Kimble will start work this project in the next two weeks and should finish within two months (weather permitting). We have sent the attached letter to seven of our neighbors to let them know what all the activity is about. Because it’s so low and wet, and because the concrete pipe is so heavy, it is going to look like a bigger project that it actually is. It will take a big tractor to lift the concrete pipe.
→ Honorary Councilmember – Councilmember Sarah Davis appointed Pastor Josh Roberts of Allen Memorial as the honorary councilmember for December. Chief Harvey and I picked him up for his lunch and tour Friday.
→ Police Department – Here are the police department totals for October and for the fiscal year through October.
