- Two different trees took down each of the two different circuits that serve the city. Jody and our crew had us back up in about an hour and a half. Oh, by the way, the new generator at the Tom Turner Building worked well. It came on automatically and lit the way for our crews to take the service trucks out.
- The house at 406 Haygood had a tree fall on the roof.
- The top of a tree was blown off and fell about 50 feet landing on the bridge near the southern end of our walking trail. We removed the tree Thursday and we will have the bridge repaired soon.
