The park is open from sun up until sun down.The pavilion may be reserved by Oxford and Newton County residents for parties and

Prohibited Activities  

Flea Market or similar activity is prohibited.
Smoking or use of other tobacco products in the park is prohibited.
Possession of alcohol anywhere on city property is prohibited.
Possession of weapons, other than lawfully possessed firearms, is prohibited, except for law enforcement personnel acting within the scope of their official duties.
No commercial products may be offered for sale on the premises.
Loud music or other noise that might disturb neighbors is prohibited.
